Send It Software LLC (“Send It Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and operates software products, including BetterTickets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through senditsoftware.com (the “Site”) and through the text messages we send, including messages sent on behalf of our products (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you contact us through the Site’s “Get In Touch” form or by email, we collect the information you provide, such as your first and last name, email address, message, and (optionally) your phone number and website.
Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), and records of the messages we send you and any replies you send, such as STOP or HELP.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate and secure the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Send the text messages you have opted in to receive, such as appointment and scheduling notifications, confirmations, reminders, and updates about services you have booked or registered for;
- Honor opt-out and help requests and keep records of your messaging preferences;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services, and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only in the following limited categories:

- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Send It Software, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent. When you direct us to share your information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Send It Software or one of our products, we use your mobile phone number only to send you the messages you signed up for and to respond to your requests.
- Your personal information, including your phone number, will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. Full program details are in the Text Messaging Terms section of our Terms of Service.
5. Cookies & Tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry, providing the Services, and meeting legal, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements. We keep records of messaging consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices & Rights
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Access, correction, and deletion: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@senditsoftware.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor requests as required.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will not apply retroactively to information collected under a prior version without your consent where required by law.
